Of course, direct booking via the display is also possible. “Everyone can log in to immediately see which meeting rooms are available and which are still free or already occupied. The next step is for you to reserve and confirm the time slot you wish to hold your meeting. This way, everyone sees what options are still available.”

Small screens at the entrance

At many companies, employees appreciate being able to see from the outside of a meeting room whether it is reserved. “GoBright supplies small screens for this purpose, which we install next to the entrance of a meeting room. If the screen is green, it means the room is free, and if it is red, a meeting or gathering is in progress. This way, you can see the status even as you walk past,” explains Ronald. “Incidentally, we also see clients placing a large screen at the reception to have an overview of all meeting rooms. This is useful, for example, when receiving clients and a receptionist wants to direct them to the correct meeting room.”

Order catering and services

The booking system also has several handy features. For instance, you can see how many people a room is suitable for, and you can even order catering and other services via the system, if your company has those capabilities. Additionally, you can indicate which facilities a meeting room offers; think of a screen and/or camera for a conference call, for example. Reports provide an important picture of the frequency of use, allowing you to determine whether the number of meeting rooms is sufficient, too many, or insufficient.

Scalable system with extra features

“The system is enormously scalable. If you want to see if it works well within your company first, you can start with a few rooms or a specific floor. If you like it, which I assume you will, we can easily expand the system,” says Ronald.
